Shipping policy

Where We Ship We ship within the United States and Canada. We are not able to accept orders from other countries at this time.

Canadian Orders Canadian orders are priced at $1,129 CAD to account for currency conversion and import fees. All applicable duties are paid — your order will arrive without any additional duty charges. Please note that Canadian customers will be subject to provincial sales taxes (GST/HST) at the time of delivery, which are collected by the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient. Estimated delivery to Canada is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, or DHL). If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, please contact us at customerservice@darraofficial.org.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time Delivery time frames vary by location. Standard shipping times apply from the date of dispatch. You will be able to track your order every step of the way.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 USD. Orders under $300 USD are subject to a flat rate of $25 USD. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Order Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
