Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@darraofficial.org with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Darra is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@darraofficial.org with photos and your order number. We will make it right promptly.
